Petco

"0/5 What's the point of the Betta fish cups??? Petco uses the cups for "easy water change", but they decide to leave them to ROT until someone purchases them. I'd rather go to my local pet store (pet resources) and get my fish and pets there. Also there are multiple dead fish, I saw a very very skinny bearded dragon, and goldfish with diseases such as ich, the supplies are the only good things at this Petco location. 12/4/23"

"I arrived at the aquatic area around 6:00pm and approached a young lady, whose name starts with a T, to inquire about purchasing a new tank and a few other items. Unfortunately, I found her to be unhelpful and unresponsive. When I asked for assistance, she seemed disinterested and unable to provide answers to my questions about other products such as a heating bulb and UV. Additionally, I was disappointed to notice what appeared to be a discarded marijuana joint in the area. When I brought this to her attention, she reacted with shock and promptly walked away without attempting to assist me further. Overall, my experience at the store was extremely unsatisfactory. The feeding fishes were all dead, and the selection of animals available for purchase was limited. If I had the option, I would rate my experience as zero."

"Clean neat and helpful staff. It has the food I use for my babies. However, It needs more carts! Or someone to gather them from parking more frequent. I go too many times and there are no carts available"

"I took my dog to get groomed and left pretty disappointed. I had Justin as my dogs groomer, He stated my dog was well behaved so can't understand why he did my dog so wrong. I did explain that just under his jaw, he was slightly matted (2 small pieces) if he would kindly work on them. Justin checked them out and said he would fix that. Great, I trusted him to work some magic. If he was having such an issue, he should have called and me stated such. I do NOT get a call. I also gave him simple instructions on how I wanted my dog to get cut. Well, needless to say, Justin cut more than I asked, left my dogs face uneven, and did cut that extra small nail as asked. What annoyed me most was Justin had the nerve to lie and say my dog was so matted that was why he cut my dogs hair so short. Which left me with such a bad taste. I spoke to the manager, Emily. She immediately knew who worked on my dog, which led me to think this hadn't been Justin's first botched job. Emily did offer to have Justin fix it, but I don't want him to fix it. The other groomers didn't feel comfortable fixing Justin's work, which is understandable. I will be returning to have the grooming manager work on my dog. I feel Justin needs to work under supervision and be taught more before he is left alone to style any dogs. We all deserve the opportunity to do what we love in life but not at someone else's sexpense. Just has great energy, and I would love for him to become a great groomer. Thank you, Emily, for working with me to have this rectified. I will keep you posted."

"I asked on of your workers which aisle I could find an item and he was a big help. However, when I went to pay for the item, it rang up more expensive than what the shelf had stated. So when I brought it up to the very pleasant cashier, she didn't bother to look into it further or even ask a coworker for assistance with the issue. Instead, she pleasantly stated that this wasn't the first time that it has happened and it may have been misplaced. I was in a rush, so didn't bother to double check the price on the shelf. Although she was a sweet girl, customer service was not great."
