I walked the store for about 15 minutes before finally asking an associate where I could find the item. She then told me it is not something in store. The website says it is available for pick up that day for curbside if I chose it in Waterford. She then told me it was like that if I chose to order it and have it come in three days. IF that is the case, please reflect that properly on your website. Being the third time this has happened I do not think I’ll be going there ever again. I’ve also been in retail (including home improvement) for 15 years and am aware how an online inventory system works as well as ordering for curbside and everything else."
