"I usually enjoy Party city for its many candies and decoration options, but I left the place rather unsatisfied yeaterday afternoon. Out of 8 items that I was going to buy, 4 didn't ring at the price indicated. 3 of them I noticed before paying and I told the cashier. She just said oh well, prices have increased and we didn't update all the tags yet. With that reaction, I preferred just removing them and getting them elsewhere. Upon payment, I noticed I had paid another item higher than its price indicated on the shelf. I didn't want to be delayed because I had my child with me so I told her kindly that that other item wasn't priced right but that I didn't need a refund since I had to go, that I just wanted her to be aware for the next customer who might purchase it. The cashier just looked at me with a f... o.. face, no thanks for the infos or showing sign of going to correct that mistake before another customer gets charged a wrong amount. That lack of care, lazyness or whatever you may call it, left me with a bit of bitterness about shopping there again."

"We’ve used this location on many occasions and haven’t been let down yet. From birthday, retirement to baby shower and everything in between, they’ve delivered on balloons, picturesque bundles, and decorations that compliment the balloons. I also discovered free delivery with a certain dollar amount. Will use for our next occasion!"
