"This hotel is on a fast decline. I have stayed here many times over the years but in the past year the level of service at this hotel has gone down rapidly. The staff used to be very friendly, now they are outright rude and borderline hostile. (Especially when you question them about mysterious fees that they charge you for long after you checked out.)"

"This was one of the worst experiences I've had in a while. The hotel was generally dirty, the room had the bed made and fresh towels but that was the extent of it. There was hair all around the bathroom, dirty carpet and it was not welcoming. The phone in the room was also broken so calling to complain or request anything was impossible. The only bright side was that we left and had received a refund for the room. For that they get 1 star. I will not be returning to this location anytime soon."

"The room we were in had a very pungent smell of vomit from people that stayed here before us. The hotel staff refused to have the room cleaned, and help. Had to call Hilton Corperate which they ignored them to just clean the smell out. They said we were lower priority because they refunded the room. I wasn't looking for a refund. Just them to clean the smell. We had to shower and get ready for the day in this terrible smell. I waited in the room for the GM to have him smell what the bathroom where the vomit smell that permeate the bathroom. My wife in the lobby could hear the desk personal make fun of us waiting something to be dealt with the smell. Once the GM showed, their attitudes toward the situation changed, and even tried to get into the room before he got up to the room after we were packed. Trying to cover up the situation, but was caught when myself and the GM entered the room. The GM was very understanding and wanted to go above to make it right, I wasn't looking for anything extra than just the staff to listen to customers next time to clean a smell so people can enjoy a room and not have to escalate things."

"I do stay here a lot. But these last few weeks haven't been that good you hardly have any TV channels on the tv. They had a little problem with some kids that had kids running the holes in the middle of the night that took a couple days to take care besides that I guess everything was good thank heaven they have a Texas Roadhouse beside it. In the breakfast in the morning for some reason whoever runs the breakfast is always 10 or 15 minutes late. And they quit serving hot food so now it's just all cold. I guess they have the reasons for doing this."

"We stayed 2 nights ago at this Hampton Inn and enjoyed it very much. The location is central and easy to get to, rooms were nice and clean, the free breakfast was tasty, and the coffee very good. I want to give a special Thank You to both Lucille at the front desk, who was just wonderful and very helpful, as well as Kari who was also extremely nice and helpful, and just a pleasure to talk to. Thank you both, and if we are in the area again, we will stay there again gladly."
