"we were given a room with a tv that shut off every 10 minutes. i complaind 4 times most was done a guy came in saw it on and said it was fine? i had to take pictures of it losing signal and complain again to finally get a new room which was more then halfway through our stay? so first 70% was spent turning the tv off and on each ten minutes to watch it. our new room had no tv issues but the heating was stuck on 77 plus room smelled of mildew more fun right? our two breakfasts there were overcooked dry food so will not be going back."

"While the hotel itself is pretty average with the Best Western brand (although as others point out, it really doesn't rise to the level of "executive"), the deal breaker for me is the location, right above I-95. This is an expressway that has an average of 55,600 vehicles in any given day, and most of them are trucks. The noise level is just too much. Even with 32db earplugs, my watch recorded noise above 65db, frequently enough to keep me awake. The hotel hasn't tried soundproofing, which might help. If you require a quiet place to sleep, this one isn't for you."

"I am sorry for what i am about to say. But this is one of the worst hotels i have ever been in. When I checked in, my room supposed to have two queen beds. But i had one instead. The room was not cleann enough. dirty bathroom. And the biggest issue with then is they will charge you more 3 or 4 after you check out. They charged me more than $130. I will NOT go back there anymore."

"I wouldn’t recommend .. the area was peaceful but when you first walk in but it’s alot of cons. 1. It’s no complimentary water if you need a bottle of water you would have to use the vending machine and water is like $20. Also I was charged a $200 fee that they said is non refundable if the room is a mess so I had to pay like $325. The hallways light is dim so it looks kind of scary when I got to the room. The pillow sheets were soiled!!!! When I went downstairs to complain to front desk the lady there proceeds to continue checking in like 3 other people before addressing my concern. It’s no room service at night so the older guy that worked there gave me like 2 pillow covers to put on and the bathroom linen was too small. So he also brought one to the room and instead of him fixing it he just gave it to me . Also the room has an odor it smells just like cigarettes even though it’s “non smoke” rooms. Bed was hard , the only pro I would say is the breakfast is free and it’s very delicious with alot of options!"

"Stayed here a week. What I liked were the veteran discount, close to where I needed to be, daily hot breakfast with many offerings and loved how they wrote menu on the wall for the week. The lady's working it were extremely nice saying goodmorning, never out of coffee. Beds very comfy. Clean pool! What I didn't like, I had 2 rooms and one of them had old cigarette smell, and it's a non smoking hotel. The staff though allowed us to change rooms and it was much better. My other room smelled funny like a wet dog after 4 days. Don't feel the shower vent worked very well. Our keys stopped working many times and needed replacing. Some at the front desk(not all) did not greet us with a smile, didn't look happy (improve customer service). At check out had to hand in key (other places always allowed in room check out and left leave key in room). Overall I wouldn't stay here again but if cost is a factor it's much cheaper then the place next door. Stayed here 8 years ago and don't remember any issues. Place can use some renovation with deep cleaning (get rid of old carpets) improvement in customer service, add a Jacuzzi :)"
