"Horrible owner. Front office lady was actually doing her parts fine. But there are hidden rules that doesn't make sense and boarder line illegal the owner puts out there, but never mentioned by anyone when you visit. When talking with the owner, she said report me if you want. She's very upset and could not even go through the reasoning during a normal conversation. My suggestion is do not bother them and leave the them alone."

"Horrible Experience. Most of the reviews here are so bad and negative. This talks what kind of staff and management they are and it is absolutely true. All they need is money, and lady over thr never know how to talk or how to respect people. They literally have taken my 60% (almost 850$) of advance amount that I have given just saying that they have stains. I was so disappointed and you will never get any respect from them. Mike was the only guy who is decent enough and knows how to talk. I would never suggest anyone to VIP and please be cautious about your advance amount."

"Worst service. The lady who seat in front of the office she had no knowledge how to talk with the people she just need money. Making a false promise about the service in the apartment. Doesn't know how to acknowledge the calls. Don't rent this apartment there many more who gives better service with low rent and better faculty. VIP apartment High rent worst service. The guys who seats in the office had no knowledge what that lady is doing in the offices whenever ask he said I don't know anything about it. Goggle should introduced half star rating that what they deserved."

"I loved my experience with VIP I have been living in my apartment since 2019. Mike was so helpful through out my lease process my location and the apartment building is very safe and clean. anytime I needed help they were quick to solve any issue or questions I had."

"Terrible staff horrible service. The owner of this apartment complex is Laurane or something and she is extremely rude and shifty. She will insult and belittle you. They feel no obligation to provide good service and they will do everything in their power to waste your time. Don’t be like me and expect nothing and still get left disappointed. Just move somewhere where you’ll enjoy your time and look forward to coming home. Because if you rent here, you’ll never know those feelings."
