"In and out every morning very clean my only complaint is that most of the people are rude. Not horribly rude but, i say good morning, and have a good day to the nurse that sees me every morning, and I have yet to have a nurse reply to me ever !"

"I don't agree with some of the rules because we are addicts and alcoholics and the punishment makes no sense. Especially when at a hospital protocol is completely different. Punishment for addicts does not help. As far as the staff they are awesome and respectful and i don't have a bad word to say about anyone of them or i take that back. Franny is a counselor, francine maybe short white lady short salt and pepper hair. She's bitter and disengaged. And needs to retire. Shane on her how she treats us!!!"

"For the most part mostly everyone is nice. But there is a counselor at west haven that is totally rude and condescending. If they were the first person i had to deal with at apt i would NOT be a client there. I am going to file a complaint against her but if you have to deal with this rotten "im better than you" person just ask to see someone that can help you instead of a stuck up rude person that thinks they are better than you!!!"

"Very clean and professional new addition to the APT Foundation. I had been a patient at the Legion clinic on Congress Ave in New Haven which is very dated and has a TON more patients..this in turn translated into considerably longer wait times. I'm much happier now that I've transferred here, the staff is very friendly and I'm typically in and out in the matter of 10 minutes"

"There is A nurse there who is VERY RUDE!!! She flipped on me coming there after 1pm. Please understand it is NOT A RULE. I have never felt so offended b4 in my life. This "nurse" should not be A nurse she made me feel horrible. I hope someone on here gets it. We are people 2.....Thank u all who have helped me & God Bless"
