"Sounds about right, very unprofessional.And rude at best. Not to mention that they do discriminate. I'm not a person who likes to use a race card because not everything is about race. But it is so evident through body language and their lack thereof professionalism. I spoke with someone named Enmi who was just rude in general before even applying for the apartment . The east coast is rude but these people are an example of what the East Coast have to offer. They are definitely not honorable people. If you don't care about people, and you are a racist POS like them then this would be the right fit for you. Bunch of scumbags at best. However, if it wasn't for them rejecting me, I would never have a chance to find this beautiful house that I'm going to own right now. Imagine I was going to dump money into a place that and deserve it and now I have a chance to earn or make a profit for something better and something that I own."

"Living here as a college student is horrible. I expect this place to be safe environment as it was presented to me as one. But living here for almost a year I encountered many packages stolen. Super unfair!!! Like where else am I suppose to send my packages to if I’m not a CT residence. Then I tell managers and try to inform them about it and all they can say is its a confusion. if they have cameras in the front entrance they should have it at all entrances!!!!Then don’t get me started with hot water or the front door lock that’s loose for anyone to break in. This place is highly not what I expected. Management doesn’t bother to do anything but basically say your on your own. Very upsetting."

"Their maintenance go in to the apartments without any notice, I had the worst experience ever, and management cover up on their employee, just because they fix sinks, They do not care about their tenants, and their tenants rights, Horrible people,"

"RUN...The lock on the front door is always broken. Constantly running out of hot water, walls are paper thin etc. The list goes on. Not too mention they raise your rent EVERY year. Even during this pandemic. The landlord is more concerned with parking stickers and painting lines in the parking lot(current lines are just fine). Also marking some parking spots visitor only parking. Most of the apartments have 2 or more cars. Parking is already a nightmare why make it worst. Meanwhile the apartments are falling apart. They provide temporary fixes. Used to be quiet but now they rent to anybody. Only concerned about getting money."
