"The location is in a good spot, but overall the location is irrelevant. This place is gross, do not stay here if you like being clean and not sleeping with roaches. The hallways smelled weird, not like a normal hotel that has that clean hotel smell, it smelled like old smoke, food, and BO just lingering. Then I get into the room and the bed is a bare mattress with no sheets or covers with stains on it. The linoleum flooring between the bed and the bathroom is covered with burn marks, and then my girlfriend pointed out the MASSIVE roach on the wall. There was obviously an infestation, and the smell, lack of bedding and burn marks all showed me the lack of cleanliness, that they don't care about guest impressions of their rooms, and the front desk workers tone and non chalant talking in response to me requesting a refund let me know that he was aware of the infestation and dealt with this exact situation regularly. Spend $30 more and go to the Hilton Garden Inn down the street."
"Absolutely garbage service. You check into the king bed room, get to the room tv doesn't work. Call the front desk and they say oh we forgot to tell you it's broken."but we can down grade you to a different room". Little while later you see the sign that you have to call in for the utensils and plates. "Oh sorry we're all out check tomorrow.".. go to lay down in bed.... oh wait there's no blanket on the bed... needless to say I'll be letting my employer know to never book here again. Horrible experience here at extended stay and I've only been here 3 hours"
"It says free breakfast but all they have is coffee and some pack of muffins/biscuits. Called the front desk multiple times ro request for a late check out and no answer. Then got a callback agreeing for a β30 minute extension. Check in time was 3:00pm check out 11am. Other rooms were loud and you can hear doors opening, cars beeping from the outside of the hotel. For the price of $200, Iβd expect a more decent service."
"We had to stay at the Extended Stay America in Shelton for close to a month while repairs were being made to our home. We were so grateful to find a hotel that could accommodate our cat. Mimi, the general manager, was extremely kind and courteous during our stay. The rooms are pretty nice for what you pay for. My fiance & I we're both able to work from "home" with no issues. The rooms come with a small stovetop so we were even able to have a few home cooked meals."
"The staff was very nice, the room was good. Very happy to have been able to bring our dog with us. The morning breakfast options were slim but overall it was a wonderful experience."
