"If I can put a 0 star I would , the day time staff were so rude . I go on travel at the hyatts nationwide and stay for 4 days out the week this is by far the worst Hyatt I ever been to . Jacuzzi bubbles were turned off purposely , just felt really uncomfortable. Never staying again"
"Second stay here and was just as happy this time around! Hotel is very clean and the rooms are spacious and well kept. I was in a studio King, and the space was amazing. The kitchenette was fully stocked and had enough space and supplies to make simple meals/snacks. Additionally, there are 2 restaurants in walking distance, and a small bar area in the lobby that offers food/drinks after 5pm. Pool area is tidy with plenty of towels. Gym is small, but gets the job done. Elevators are quick and efficient. All staff I encountered were super kind and gracious. Breakfast was simple but tasted great, fresh fruit and plenty of healthy options! Parking was fine, and I felt completely safe around the hotel at all times of day. The negative reviews have to be fake, as this is a really good hotel for the money spent. I will definitely be back again."
"So don't know how there key system works while changing someone else try to enter our room. Thankfully had that second lock. When calling downstairs they said there system was down and that shouldn't have happened. And had no follow up or sorry. Then when coming back at night none of the keys worked. Also the tub is clogged and slow slow draining so while showering if you like standing your own filth this is the hotel for you."
"For this second stay here, 9/16/23 it wasn't good like the 1st time.. our first impression and coming into the room was dark. The carpet was torn, and the bathroom was dark, dingy, and dusty. The toilet wasn't clean. I wiped the table and nightstands, and they had this sticky feeling to them. The walls and ceiling throughout looked old outdated with an old paint job. I wondered if all the rooms looked like this, but I don't think so bc as I passed by room being cleaned, they look a lot better and brighter. I really wish the window could be seen out of not having natural light, and not being able to see outside is terrible! Hopefully, our next stay won't be as bad. But on a good note, they service a delicious breakfast that I love!!! The location is great with restaurants and places to shop."
"I had a mediocre experience during my recent visit. My room smelled like dirty feet, which seemed to be coming from the AC unit. I was unable to get a new room due to the hotel being fully booked. The front desk offered to have maintenance look at it but it was almost 11pm and too late for me. Turning off the unit or running the heat made it bearable. One of the beds in the room needed to be changed. The bottom sheet smelled like body odor and was not fresh. The other bed smelled clean and the sheets felt "crisp". Otherwise the room was clean. Big bathroom and great shower."
