"I have been in this complex for a year and a half beautiful place no issues whatsoever it’s clean excellent management services. Don’t know who the other reviewer is but I think they were in the wrong building was not at the ridge. Plan to be here as long as I can."

But what truly sets this place apart is the outstanding level of care and professionalism we've received from our amazing property manager. "I'm pretty sure I got scammed applying for an apartment here. After I sent my fee in, the room I applied for suddenly wasn't available. I was never told that this was possible and the agent only let me know when I reached out to them after hearing nothing for weeks. They never offered to refund the application fee either. The agent was completely unprofessional, never following up until I contacted them. Rooms that were listed online at the time were not available according to the same agent. I would avoid this complex if possible. Edit: I was contacted and the agent said they would only refund the fee if I changed or removed my review. This only makes me more certain that this apartment complex is bad news."
