"Multiple dumpster are being emptied outside my hotel window at 3am on saturday, for 20 minutes, with the loud truck noise and dumpster slamming on the concrete. Hilton hired them. No manager to speak with until monday. This is unacceptable, as they are to provide a room where the guest has a reasonable expectation of sleep during the night. Ruined my sleep snd my stay."
"Upon checking in, everything seemed good. Staff was friendly and lobby looked nice. Once we got to our room I started noticing how dirty it was. I found socks next to my bed, walls looked like water leaked all over, and it stunk. Breakfast wasn't too great either. There were little Flys by the toaster. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Location was great with alot of stores around which was the best part about it."
"Room was filthy. But customer service was very good. Free breakfast was good. Location is convenient to the highway and a 15 min ride to Bridgeport. Other than the rooms and hallway carpeting needing deep cleaning,it was a great stay. FYI the pool is being renovated"
"Unfortunately, we had an awful stay. This hotel has a lot of potential with lovely staff, great rooms and a pool (although we didn’t use it so can’t comment on it). However, we were given a room right next to the elevator so were kept awake for most of the night with a short respite to sleep between 2-6am before the almost constant LOUD noise of the elevators started up again. This hotel is definitely trying to squeeze every bit of money they can out of the space by making areas into bedrooms that should really be left as storage cupboards. If you stay here, make sure you request a room that is not adjacent to the elevators or prepare for a sleepless night. We were extremely disappointed considering the main function of a hotel is as a place to sleep!! Also, no allergens or ingredients list with the breakfast items and bacon hidden in the omelette. Not a great breakfast for those with dietary restrictions or allergies. Is it not legal to list allergens in the US? A quick Google says it is."
"Lovely big clean room. Bed was a little soft in my opinion but I would definitely stay here again. Good breakfast, nice pool, helpful staff. This place is well taken care of and glad I picked it especially after reading reviews of nearby hotels!"
