"This place is a disaster, walk in place looks decent. Attention to detail, place is a dump and the staff mirrors it. Room 5 out of 10 on being clean. Hot tub broken. Security, well there is non just signs stating "not responsible for damaged or stolen property". My vehicle was broken into over night nothing damaged just stolen items including keys to my other vehicles. Security cameras do not work. This place offered ZERO assistance or even a care to what had occurred. Staff very unpleasant and unprofessional. Be very cautious staying here."

"Arrived at hotel a little early (2pm) and attempted to check in. Was given the option to check in early with a $100 check in fee and was noted that our room was ready but check in wasn't until 3pm. Considering we paid $90 for the room...this felt steep for an hour of time. We sat down in the lobby with our exhausted three year old and watch several other experience the same with frustration. We asked where it says there is a $100 early check in fee as the website lists nothing of the sorts and it took the 'Manager' 20 minutes to come up a printed piece of paper with it listed with amounts and times that do not match what is listed on the website. The lobby furniture is gross and needs deep cleaned, hotel pool was nice but there were no towels, and our room had mud streaks on the floor and I had to wipe down our bathroom vanity because there was something crusted on it. Disappointing for a Hilton. We travel quite a bit and stay in hotels often and have never had been asked to pay an early check in fee, let alone one that was more than the cost of our single night rate- which again was listed nowhere on the hotels website."

"Would give 0 stars if I could. Booked for my wedding weekend. I was promised an after-party for $150. Went to confirm all the details a few months before the wedding and could not get in touch with anyone. My now husband had to drive to the hotel to finally talk to someone. Somehow, the $150 I was originally quoted grew to $3,000 to pay for “security”. We fought with management and ultimately decided to add an extra hour and a late night snack to our reception. We had booked a suite for 2 nights, when we went to check in, the room was not ready. We were not able to check into our room until the following day but we’re still charged for both days. We we called to resolve the charges, management offered for us to come stay again. No thanks! I could write for days about how bad this hotel is. I can’t imagine a worse experience."

"Excellent very clean, great location. I enjoyed the room it had everything I needed. Quite also. Very friendly staff with very good knowledge of surrounding area. Also, awesome, the fact you can check out at 130 pm, which is huge when traveling. Long distances. Parking is a bit overwhelming up top, but they have a parking garage below. Food groceries are stored all around with all different kinds of shops / restaurants. The front desk was extremely helpful. 5 stars for my day, I slept."
