Domino's Pizza

"Love their pizza and especially their crust! They’re also quite fast as well! My only complaint is that if you call ahead and don’t mention you’ll be showing up right away, sometimes your walk in order gets pushed back to give priority to delivery orders instead. If they could work to give walk in orders higher priority, then I think it would be perfect! Otherwise, I have no other complaints! Always friendly staff at this location! Love going here for my pizza needs!"

"Service was 10/10. Walked in and ordered pizza..15 minutes later it was ready! One of the workers even held the door open for me when he saw my hands were full. The team over at the Fairview location really knows what they're doing. I will definitely be returning :)"

"Picked up medium pan pizza and wings. The wings were saturated in oil and the skin wasn’t cooked leaving it rubbery. The pizza wasn’t cooked , the dough / crust was raw."

"I have always ordered online through my app because I earn points. Every driver I have had, has always been kind and courteous and my orders always arrive in one piece and what I expected. I have never had any bad experiences here. One driver, Paul, he is extremely nice and goes above and beyond for his customers and it is clear he enjoys his job by his friendly demeanor. "Let’s talk about this and please share it.. calling out Dominos in Hudson NY. My son orders $34 worth of food. The pizza looks like it was dipped in grease. It’s inedible. He calls back to complain. The Manager tells him there is nothing they can do yet on their pizzas box it states 100% guaranteed satisfaction. He was not satisfied he did not receive a refund nor another pizza. He was told to call back the next day. So he called back only to be told by the SAME manager (Carmella Rawls)that there was nothing they could do and not to call the store again… during this exchange the manager also told him that they do not need to go by what it says on the box because they are not corporate.. in all my years of being a restaurant manager / chef I have never ever heard that you do not have to satisfy a paying customer if it is within your power to do so… dominos you need to get it together. Shame on you. Poor customer service, poor quality of food. I therefore am boycotting dominos in Hudson…. I suggest you all do the same … Please share this story."
