At Beechwood, we pride ourselves on providing excellent value in the most sought-after area of the city for visitors. Our establishment underwent a major refurbishment in 2016, both inside and out. Our units now feature air-conditioning, double glazing, and full insulation, ensuring a comfortable stay regardless of the weather. We offer unlimited high-pressure hot water and underfloor heating, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Each unit has been fully interior designed and refurbished to the highest standard, with a luxurious style that gives a soft and warm feeling.
In our boutique setting of 10 units, Beechwood offers quiet, quality, and spacious self-catering accommodation. Our guests can enjoy free ultra-fast WiFi access and on-site car parking. Each room includes Guest Select Sky 50 TV channels and a kitchenette or full kitchen, depending on your requirements. We also provide a guest laundry for your convenience.

"I stayed here as a single traveller and did this motel exceed my expectations!! First there was an incredibly friendly welcome by Michael (?), who shared lots of tips for grocery shopping, dinner and sightseeing the next day. My room had already been pre-heated, which in New Zealand winter is important, and I loved the stack of English breakfast tea (and coffee and other teas). All I had to get was a bottle of milk. The room and bathroom were not just super clean but furnished and designed in a modern and simple yet stylish way. The mattress was a perfect firmness. Should I come to Dunedin again, which I hope, I know already exactly where I will stay!"
