"I stayed at the Leisure Lodge recently and the staff were excellent. Really helpful and accommodating. I was part of a large group but nothing was a problem for them. I forgot a pair of shoes behind which they got sent back to me as soon as I phoned in. I'll be back next time I'm in Dunedin."
"Didn’t love our stay. Some staff were lovely and others not so approachable and not wanting to engage with us. Could do with a more modern look and feel. Rooms could do with air conditioning as they were extremely hot and only provided portable fans. There is no lift which made carting luggage up the stairs tricky. Laundry is all the way on the other side of the building. Our room was dark and lots of highway noise unfortunately that can’t be helped. The hallway leading up to our room smelt horribly musky including our room. The room whilst it looked clean didn’t feel clean to the point where we spent most of our time out. The restaurant was amazing and the young lady who waited for us was very lovely and made our booking enjoyable."
