"I had 3 phone calls with you first phone call was asking to come see you to talk about what we wanted done and you said you were going away and asked me to call you back on the 7/7/2021 as i did and i told you what we wanted over the phone and you had asked me to send the photo through email of what i wanted and i sent it through that night we also had a phone call on the 5/8/2021 i was asking if the casting were ready and you said either friday or monday you will contact me, well you contacted me back today to pick up casting and it wasn't what we discussed that we wanted or what i had payed for.. Thank you for offering to fix up your mistake and for refunding the $75"
"Buyer beware after waiting 8 weeks talking on the phone and emails to be sure she knew exactly how we wanted the castings framed we requested a gold and black frame with a photo in the center with the castings on each side of the photo but what we received looked nothing like we ordered receiving a scratched up black frame with no photo when we asked what happened she said it must of been a mix up. But it honestly seemed like she didn't have the time for it. The frame looked like it was found in a junk draw. being our last memento of our daughter my partner was heartbroken in tears. Wound not recommend"
