"Staff are friendly enough but store is not well managed, has low stock a lot of the times. Also bought 3 of the same product and all 3 were faulty. Not the first time, never have this issue at the Riccarton store. Potentially stock being badly handled resulting in high rate of faulty products. Staff allowed exchange."

"Great place to get s bargain. Lots of space in the carpark and quiet to browse(if you go at off peak hours). They have something for the whole family. Clothes for everyone which fashion accessories, Furniture and appliances, Sports and toys, Outdoor and gardern, Home and living items, Electronic, gaming and TV, Books and stationery, Party sbd crafts, And lately they have many groceries at a big bargain. I would recommend for everyone who like a good bargain to go there."
"Ordered online and the order was incorrect. A customer service representative emailed me and offered to send through the product that had been missed. Only problem was i dont go to this store often so it sat there for a bit. A guy rang me and was really rude. He spoke over me. I ended up telling them to refund me which they could have just done in the first place. Or they could have posted it out considering it was their stuff up and I had already driven into the store to collect my order."
