"I live in Rangiora and shop at Countdown but I notice everytime I come and I am disabled that there are no trolleys in trolley bay This happens most weeks I also find the entrance way outside and foyer very untidy and dirty looking Someone needs to sweep it and clean this every morn Presentation is a very big thing If you go to New world which is my main shop I shop at it is always clean and tidy Staff are welcoming customer service is a big part of business today I'm not the only one to talk about this I've heard same from other people"

"Ok supermarket, which is well presented. Plenty of car parking and centrally located in Rangiora. Countdown has a good variety of products. Reasonably priced with most of products that you will need. Good customer service at the check outs and reasonably easy to find assistance if you need help. This supermarket is an ok place to get what you need. Nothing brilliant stands out about this Countdown apart from it's a quite new building, so it is has a very good layout inside and outside."
