"Although my first experience was positive and the service was ok, when I needed to return an item as it was faulty it was frustrating. I purchased something and the stitching unravelled on one arm, after one wear. I took it back on a weekend and was advised that I would need to be called. I explained that I wanted a replacement or refund and the person advised they were unable to do that because they weren’t allowed. Only after I explained conditions of a faulty item (which were displayed in the store) did the person try and call someone (after prompting to do so) and then basically advise they would cop the blame by replacing my item. Owners/managers need to train their staff to be able to provide the best customer experience no matter the day or who is in store."
