I bought some boots $299 that did not fit -I mean this isn't rocket science to think that in this case a refund should be applied. Come-on people get with the real world!!! Spoilt owner came over, shifted our drinks/wallet/phone/plates so she could put her business cards on the table - without any excuse me, hello or any kind of acknowledgement. To act this way in another business’s premises, particularly a cafe where people are conversing/eating, is terrible! No basic manners."
