We were having alot of trouble with our phone and being able to use the app but the lady serving us didn't get annoyed and really tried to help us all the way. "I'm gender fluid and came into the store dressed as a man and explained I wanted to buy some lingerie for myself . I also came in to pick up a click and collect order, which they couldn't find straight away, so I browsed. The girl behind the counter was new, and absolutely wonderful. No judgements, and very helpful. A second assistant came over when I was paying and helped process my additional purchases. Both staff were professional, friendly and helpful. If you are LBGQT, this store treats you like a person. Not to mention beautiful lingerie and great sale prices. Totally recommend!"
"I had such fantastic service. The lady who served me was so lovely and so helpful. I got fitted probably. She picked out some bra colours that I wanted and picked out my RIGHT size. Highly recommended coming here, best to go when they have a sale on. I brought three bras and so happy with them. I recommend buy good quality bras than the ones you get from Kmart!! Get fitted probably, as 80% of women are wearing the wrong size bras!"
