Montessori Beginnings Preschool

Welcome to Montessori Beginnings Preschool and childcare, located in the peaceful neighborhood of Whangaparāoa, New Zealand. Situated on Brightside Road, our establishment offers a boutique, research-backed education for children aged two to six. At Montessori Beginnings, we believe in providing an environment where children can develop their confidence, curiosity, and ability to focus and learn.

Our preschool is a warm and happy place, where children engage in the most important work of all: play. Our dedicated teaching team is passionate about making those connections with children and taking the time to discover their ideas and potential. We believe in empowering children by offering them the freedom to choose their activities and providing opportunities for them to extend their learning.

Our center boasts a large, shady outdoor play area that is thoughtfully designed to inspire hours of imaginative and hands-on play. The gardens are arranged to foster a love of nature and sustainable practices, such as composting and gardening. Inside, our center is peaceful, clean, and well-organized, with natural light streaming in from a spectacular picture window overlooking the breathtaking Hauraki Gulf. From this vantage point, children can observe the boats, as well as the ever-changing sky and sea. They can develop a deep connection with the land and sea that they call home and feel rooted in our beautiful part of Aotearoa.
