Join us at our Kickboxing Academy class, held at the Manly Bowling Club, 56 Laurence Street, Manly. We offer classes for different age groups, with sessions on Monday from 6pm to 6:45pm for kids aged 8-12 years, and from 7pm to 8pm for individuals aged 13 years and above, including adults.
If you're looking for a fun and engaging way to stay fit and empower yourself, our Kickboxing Fitness class is perfect for you. Held every Thursday at 7pm at The Vine in Gulf Harbour, this high-energy class will not only help you stay in shape but also teach you self-defense skills that can be useful in real-life situations. No experience is necessary, so come and join us for a thrilling workout!
At Empower Academy, we also periodically run self-safety workshops. Led by our instructor Tara Ruff, these workshops aim to equip attendees with the knowledge and skills to identify threats and potential conflicts, as well as how to prevent these instances from escalating into dangerous situations. These workshops are held at the Manly Bowling Club, 56 Laurence Street, Manly, on Mondays from 6pm to 6:45pm for kids aged 8-12 years, and from 7pm to 8pm for individuals aged 13 years and above, including adults.
