Situated in Pukekohe, south of Auckland, and Tauranga, Bay of Plenty, FIAT benefits from its close proximity to major horticulture production areas in New Zealand. Our institution is housed on a prime agricultural land spanning 24 acres in Auckland, and an additional 5-6 acres in Tauranga. As part of the Rupex Group of companies, which has been serving the horticulture industry for over 22 years, Franklin Agritech operates with a commitment to meeting the needs of the industry.

Our vision at FIAT is to provide relevant academic and practical training in horticultural production, ensuring that our students are prepared to excel in their careers. We aim to equip our students with the necessary skills and knowledge to secure positions in the industry with minimal on-job training. FIAT takes pride in being one of the few NZQA-accredited teaching institutes in horticulture production in New Zealand. We have a proven track record of training successful graduates who have made significant contributions to the New Zealand horticulture industry. To enhance practical exposure and increase career options, we encourage students to take up part-time work in the industry during their studies.

All of our programs are suitable for international students and fully approved and accredited by NZQA (the New Zealand Qualifications Authority). We have received accreditation from NZQA for various teaching and training programs, including the National Certificate in Horticulture Level 4 Advanced, NZ Certificate in Horticulture Production Level 4, and NZ Diploma in Horticulture Production Level 5.
