Welcome to Dance Space, a boutique dance studio located at Auckland, William Pickering Drive, 5. As an establishment and point of interest, we pride ourselves in offering the most beautiful pictures our minds can paint - through the art of dance.

At Dance Space, we believe in providing each of our dancers with a personalized dance experience. Our fun-loving dance studio fosters a love for dance in a warm and safe environment. We offer classes that not only build confidence but also ensure that our dancers have loads of fun.

Preschool dance is a passion for our teachers, and it would be our pleasure to teach your child in one of the classes we offer. We also have classes specifically designed for 5-year-olds who are starting primary school. These classes focus on building confidence to help ease the transition into big school, while also assisting in social and emotional development and teamwork.

With our Junior & Senior Arts Academy, we teach a variety of dance genres, including Acro Dance, Ballet, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Jazz, Lyrical, Musical Theatre, Tap, and PBT. This allows us to have an all-round ability to help our students grow and work towards a rewarding goal.

At Dance Space, everyone can enjoy learning how to dance regardless of age or ability. From tots to teens, we cater to all ages and abilities, from beginner to advanced. Our approach is kind and encouraging, building friendships that will last forever. We concentrate on each student as an individual and give them the attention they deserve with friendly teachers who make them feel welcome.

Our classes focus on an excellent balance of technique work and performance skills. We provide technical training to safely strengthen, stretch, and mobilize the body across all dance genres. Working towards a goal is always rewarding for both the dancer and the teacher. While exam participation is highly recommended, it is not compulsory.

Dance Space also hosts an annual event that you do not want to miss out on! Although we are not a competition studio, we do provide opportunities for some students to showcase all of their hard work by entering competitions.
