"I've done a 3-day (culminating with a 24-h solo survival phase) wilderness survival course. During the course I've learned a number of 'hard-skills' necessary for survival in an emergency situation like knot tying, starting a fire, building a shelter etc as well as a number of 'soft skills' like the mindset needed to approach this kind of scenarios. I believe that Stu is a great instructor capable of taking a complete beginner like myself from 0 (not being able to take care of myself if I got lost in the bush) to being able to take care of my short-term survival. I've tested my skills in a challenging winter conditions, and I have now the confidence that I will be able to appropriately react to an emergency situation, should the need arise. Great experience. Highly recommended."
"I recently did the 2night (3day) course which includes the 24 hour solo survival. I highly recommend Stu’s SOS survival, from start to finish it was a superb experience. I had great fun and met some great people. Stu (the instructor) was brilliant and very informative, he is patient with his students and is very approachable and keen to share his knowledge and experience. You can learn some awesome skills and you can also learn about yourself. I would go back and do it all again for sure. Thanks Stu it was a pleasure!"
"You will learn survival at its best and from trained instructors great for adults and children of all ages"
