In addition to our convenient online services, we offer flexible payment options. Patients can conveniently pay for their services using Eftpos or online banking. Our Internet banking details are BNZ 02-0500-0604994-00. To ensure accurate payment allocation, please provide the name and NHI (National Health Index) of the individual you are paying for in the designated spaces. If you require any assistance with online payments, please don't hesitate to reach out to your bank.

Our decision to implement online services and digital payments is driven by several factors. Firstly, it helps reduce waiting times and speeds up transactions, allowing us to better serve our patients. Additionally, it contributes to maintaining a hygienic environment as physical money is known to harbor germs. Lastly, it ensures the safety of our dedicated employees, minimizing the need for in-person financial transactions.

As of 28 August 2020, all patients are automatically enrolled as members of NUHS and will remain so for a period of two years. However, starting from 28 August 2022, patients will need to apply for the new membership structure. We are excited to invite individuals who reside in the Central, Southern, and Eastern suburbs of Wellington and are 18 years of age or older to become members of NUHS. Membership applications will be carefully considered by the NUHS Board, and successful applicants will be notified accordingly.
