"My GP had forwarded the referral to Pacific Radiology almost a month ago and told me that someone from Pacific Radiology will call to confirm an appointment. No call came through. When I called to enquire today, I was told that the centre is fully booked till September and couldn't accommodate me. When I asked them to cancel the referral and let my GP know, they extremely unhelpfully told me that was my job to do. When I asked them about alternates, they asked me to do some searching on their own. Highly unprofessional and complete lack of customer service. Please modernise your system and reach out to customers to let them know that you are unable to service them. Medical diagnostics are a necessity not a luxury!"

"I gave the scheduling 4 stars but 5 stars for the sonographer on my 39 week UTZ. I have been to 3 different sonographer (2 in other facility) but Matt was the best one, he talks and explains to us what he's doing and he is very engaging which you will be at ease to ask questions. Thank you Matt!"
