"If there was a rating of zero star, that would be my choice. I went in with a face mask on today to get a hard copy of their enrolment form for new patients. The receptionist asked if I have any cold or flu symptoms and I answered yes honestly. She immediately asked me to leave without any further questions like if I have been in contact with people with covid etc. I don't have covid. I said to her I have a mask on. She said I still need to leave right away, regardless. She then told me to print out the enrolment form from their website and return or drop it off when I feel better. When I feel better, I won't be needing your service, hon. When I visit a supermarket with a face mask on, no one turns me away. When I visit a public library with a face mask on, no one turns me away. When I visit a medical clinic like this one, where I needed the most help of, I got turned away. Was this how you practiced prior covid? Are you so paranoid that nowadays you guys just don't treat people with cold or flu? I left feeling totally judged and discriminated against. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone who needs true care."
