"Please do take care of your customers. When someone visits you, provide them all essential information that could avoid multiple visits. Always, check all the documents and check if other parties have not included any valuable information that is required. Because customers don't know what your job is. Hopefully, you all will get better at customer service in future."
"Very poor service, the lady was not at all interested in talking and least bothered for what i was saying. Gave me wrong advice by asking me to go for learners license even though i have a valid overseas license and this despite telling her everything... And then again repeating myself. All the time she was more interested in what her colleagues were chit chatting about and wasn't even looking at me when i was talking."

"The best place to go for getting an IRD number. It's always better to submit your documents here and you would get the tax number in a week's time. The IRD offices are closed and the phone line takes forever. They just need a passport, address proof, visa and fully functional bank letter to apply for the IRD. The staff over here are quite polite and very helpful. I myself had to go a few times. They also do driving licence which is also great."
