"Usually good experience but today was worst service ever received. Was told to come for 12:30pm appointment. I was 3.5 minutes late then got told appointment was for 12:25 not 12:30 and that now it’s too late. Come back another day. Taking time off during a weekday might be easy for many but next to impossible for some. School holidays car parks are full. 3.5 minutes late and being turned away is just not acceptable. Felt like screaming my lungs out but realised I can be more sensible than that. Never going back!"
