"Took a ring in for resizing. I got a quote for the resizing over the phone after leaving the ring at the shop. When I went to pick up after the service they charged me $100 more than what was quoted. The ring looks amazing and am super happy with the final result. A bit taken back I wasn’t advised of the extra cost but probably my fault I didn’t get the quote in writing. otherwise very happy with the final result of the ring. Thanks!"
