I had great service to help me choose a new necklace that matched the pendant I wanted to put on the chain. I had lots of options and didn't feel rushed to make a decision. Today I went again to have watches have new batteries and silver jewellery cleaned which he did immediately and for a discounted price. I have also had a ring made here and when not completely happy with the setting they changed it at no further cost. Highly recommend"
