"I have been seeing Sybill for over a year now. I fractured by ankle and her rolfing service has helped me get back to my full range of motion and strength. Not only has Sybill relieved the various pains I was feeling as a result of this injury she has worked on aligning my body overall. She has taught me how every part of my body is connected and provides me with unique exercises that work for me and the tension that I feel. I have noticed my posture has improved and as a result I am walking taller and feel calmer in my everyday life.
