"I decided I wanted pearls for my birthday this year so checked out the jewellery shops at Albany Mall online before we drove down to Auckland. Walker and Hall had exactly what I wanted so I walked straight into their shop and I was lucky enough to be welcomed by Sue Gibson. I showed Sue what I had found online and she was able to show me the string of pearls immediately. Unfortunately the length of pearls were too short for where I wanted them to sit on my chest. Sue came up with a plan of adding extra pearls to my required length and soon came up with a price I happily accepted. Ten days later my pearls were delivered by courier and I am absolutely thrilled with them. I'm looking forward to wearing them out soon. Sue's help and expertise made the whole experience so easy and I am very happy with my new necklace..."
