"Was getting a script organised via phone on behalf of my grandma. The female who I was speaking with was not pleasant, she was very short and rude. English is my grandmas second language, it makes me wonder how she would have treated her? You know who you are. Probably not a morning person? This is not a reflection on all staff here, as I know there are a few that was amazing here. A shame how one person can change your view!"
