"Did not explain to my husband how to use the adapalene he was prescribed . Also did not explain to him the side effects of valacyclovir even though both of these meds were prescribed to him for the first time. Thankfully I’m a health professional so knew about the medications and how to look up the side effects etc. Other pharmacies I have been to have explained all of the meds well. Thought of complaining to pharmacy council."
