We are proud to have been recognized for our achievements in digital transformation. In 2019, the Waitematā District Health Board, of which we are a part, won the Organizational Transformation Award at the Qlik APAC Digital Transformation Awards ceremony. This accolade highlights our commitment to utilizing technology to enhance healthcare delivery.

Additionally, we have had the privilege of being part of the customer panel at the Qlik Data Revolution event in Sydney, New Zealand. At this event, we shared our experiences and insights on our Data Discovery program, alongside other esteemed organizations. This further demonstrates our dedication to staying at the forefront of data literacy and innovation.

The Institute for Innovation and Improvement is an integral part of the Commonwealth Fund's international program in health policy. The Commonwealth Fund, established in 1918, aims to enhance the common good by promoting a high-performing healthcare system that prioritizes access, quality, and efficiency, particularly for vulnerable populations. As part of this program, we are proud to be associated with the Harkness Fellowships.

We are thrilled to share the results of our "Pre and Post CALD Training Evaluation Study," conducted in 2017 with the participation of 60 practitioners. This study highlights our commitment to continuous improvement and ensuring that our training programs meet the needs of our diverse community.
