"I have tried on 6 different occasions to get a quote for a pool cleaning service, twice in person, twice via phone and twice via email. On visit in person first was no worries I send it out today the second time oh sorry computer problems. On the phone the computer issue story and the other time "sorry we'll ring you back" no return call. On the Web sight I sent a request asking for a quote and received a vague message and the second email I requested a formal quote and nothing. Pool cleaning must be booming to turn away business or just incompetent take your pick. Don't waist your time."

"The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The pool technician attended after two days of me trying to return his calls on his mobile. Once I got hold of him he became argumentative and told a pack of lies. I requested him to come when I was home so I could explain the issue. His comment was he will see if he can find sometime to come around. A simply job of replacing above ground pipes became a nightmare!!!. I will never recommend him to anyone!! What happened to service with a smile!"
