With easy access to Litchfield National Park, Berry Springs Nature Park, and the world heritage listed Kakadu National Park, our holiday park is ideally situated for exploring the amazing experiences that the Top End has to offer.
When you stay at BIG4 Howard Springs, you can enjoy three saltwater pools and spas spread out over two pool areas, providing plenty of space for everyone to relax and cool off. Our kids playground, located near the front of the park, features two slides, a climbing wall, chains, a balance beam, and a mini flying fox, ensuring endless entertainment for your little ones.
For a fun way to explore the park, you can hire pedal go-karts from our reception. And don't miss our super fun splash park, located in the center of the park, with water pistol stations and a variety of croc and frog sprayers.
If you're looking to venture beyond the park, Berry Springs Nature Park is just a 25-minute drive away. This natural waterhole is perfect for swimming, and its shaded BBQ areas make it a lovely place to relax. You can also take a walk through the Top End habitats and enjoy the monsoon forest and woodlands.
Litchfield National Park, a must-see attraction, is only an hour's drive from our park. Here, you can marvel at stunning waterfalls such as Wangi Falls and Florence Falls, swim in crystal-clear pools (croc safe), and admire the iconic magnetic termite mounds and sandstone pillars at the Lost City.
And if you have more time, we highly recommend exploring the world heritage listed Kakadu National Park. From the famous lookout and Aboriginal rock art at Ubirr to the Yellow Water Billabong, there is so much to discover in this breathtaking area.

"We spent 6 nights in a powered ensuite site. It was a great stay - the staff were very nice and helpful, and the pool was great for those hot humid days."
"I stayed here for 10 nights in a cabin and haven't slept this well in so long. It's in a very quiet and peaceful location surrounded by beautiful flora and fauna."
"We've just spent 3 weeks here and absolutely loved our stay. Great location outside of town, felt very safe, but also easy access to shops and attractions. The sites are lovely and big, the amenities are nice and clean, and the staff are wonderful."

"Location was perfect for what we needed. Staff were incredible upon checkin and when we had further questions later in our stay. Room is slightly outdated but was very clean and practical. The main room was very large which was a welcome change from other cabins."
"I stayed here for 10 nights in a cabin and haven't slept this well in so long.. It's in a very quiet and peaceful location surrounded by flora and fauna with peacocks walking around. The reception staff have been very accomodating and helpful. I'm normally a NT tour guide and in all of Darwin this is the place I would choose to stay and recommend to tourists, affordable & peaceful ! Thank you for providing an excellent stay."
"We liked the park. The reception team members were very efficient and friendly. They provided free bottled water as the general water is from a bore, but is fine. It is well laid out with good bitumen roads, except for one section which was patchy. It has well established shady vegetation throughout. Liked the separate shower rooms with toilet in first amenity block. Gold coin washing machines. Need cash as cards are useless to gains coins at reception. Friendly people staying there. Howard Springs shops 800m away that are very useful, including Post Office. Roads to Darwin CBD excellent, but a long drive. Happy experience over several days on powered site. Felt safe, although annoying boom gates are not in use. Recommend as a pleasant park."
"We had a great stay, reception were lovely once we arrived, a little difficult to get hold of prior to arrival. We had a nice shady site that was plenty big enough, was a tad awkward as the site boundaries werenβt clear but we just lined up between the trees. Amenities were cleaned daily but being school holidays, they saw a lot of traffic. Much cleaner when kids arenβt around. We loved cooking off in the pool and our dog loved the off leash area. Water provided by office for drinking which we used, we had no illness during our 2 week stay and used all facilities and amenities."
"We enjoyed our stay at this park. Loved the spa pools. Amenties were clean. Office staff were very friendly & helpful despite having to deal with some rude people concerned about a water issue that was being worked on to be resolved. We thought it was very generous of management to offer guests bottled water during their stay."
