"I usually got Ute hire and most of the time I return 20-30 min early. It’s my 5th time and returned 10 min late and charged for whole another hour. No consideration for few minutes late but happy to have 30 min early several time. Not fair for regular customer."
"I have been shopping at the Darwin Store for the last 4 days and Sandra, Emily (Cafe) and Luke (aisle 7) have given me exceptional service which I very much appreciated."
"I’ve come to Darwin to help my sister in her house and potter in her garden. We met Vishal who works there and can’t rave about him enough. He was wonderfully helpful and so polite. Thanks Vishal, Darwin Bunnings are lucky to have you!"
"A great experience visiting... Lot of gardening tools, pot mixes, plants, and many more indoor equipments, lightings available."
"I've been there about ten million times, or so it seems. Generally a good reliable store with helpful staff (if you can find one). No complaint about that part, it's the business model. However, Bunnings Darwin falls down rather badly with deliveries. Repeatedly. Cranky, bossy people behind the trade counter should give their job some thought. If you hate customers so much, see them as irritating and annoying and manage to mis-quote for deliveries, then blame the customer, maybe give yourself and repeat customers like me, a break. Find some other job where you like the customers and are interested in communication. Today, yet again, for the second day running, they failed to deliver as promised. My partner stayed home both days to take receipt of product. Today the long repeat calls to sort this out, with failure to return calls though promised, resulted in an admission they'd 'lost' the product trolley and only just found it and might get it delivered tomorrow. If this was the only time it had happened you could call me a whinger, however this is the third set of purchases they've totally messed up. Honestly, Bunnings, I know you have the market cornered, but really? Do you treat your staff badly or do you accept staff with sour conflictual attitudes to customers or do you have no respect for polite considerate customers? Do I have to be just as rude just to get a proper response? Either way, you have a mandate to make things work with good attitude thrown in free. Your call."
