"Always a great place, always service with a smile. And coffee what more can I say."
"Food and coffee were great, hut silly things need extra care, like the quality and detail of service. Great personal interactions."
"This is my first visit to Zaraffas toowoomba. Worst customer service. I told one of the waitress that me and my aunt will be out let us know when the foods ready. NOT A WORD untill after 20 min we walked and saw the food sitting in the open air who knows for how long. Its not that the place was packed, it had 2 people and almost 7 staff. The waitress who took the oder was very rude as well. Not one thing about this place is nice at all. I wish a resposible manager/owner to contact me on this or else i wish the individual all the very best as soon this place is going to dogs."
"Used to be amazing. But inconsistency has really killed this place. Have never really had an issue with drive though. It’s more the sit down. Went in last Monday served by someone who clearly didn’t want to be there. The caramel fusions were dreadful to the point my fiancé and I didn’t even finish them didn’t enjoy it at all The chicken and cheese ciabatta were burnt And the lemon citrus tart which is usually a favourite was just disappointing. The short bread was cheap very grainy so not much butter in it at all the lemon filling has been cut back dramatically to what it used to be. Over all really disappointing and can honestly say will not be back"
"Great drinks and great food. I marked down on the stars as the noise in the shop is crazy and you can not have a successful meeting or coffee date there and expect to hear what is being said. The staff are friendly however a other downside is it's not overly pram friendly and gets squash when it's busy. Best advice is to get takeaway and head to the park. It will be heaps more relaxing."
