"Excellent venue (especially if you sit outside overlooking the creek below) Bar Staff: excellent Food: very sub par. Our steak was very budget, full of gristle, the mushroom sauce was flavourless and overly creamy, the chips were undercooked and yellow like you get at cheap fish and chip shops, the salad was drowned in dressing, some of the spinach leaves were not suitable for consumption (brown, slimy, and see-through). Drinks were pretty reasonably priced, which was great. Overall a great place but really really let down by the food."
"Everytime we are in the area this place is a must go. We eat here like 3 or 4 times over 2 days, the food is the best and sooooo fresh and fantastic value. The location is second to none, overlooking the river and beautiful forest. Always look forward to coming here. Thanks so much !! 10 stars!"
"Can't fault the place. Friendly staff - new owners. AFFORDABLE drinks! Excellent food, I got the salad and could have fed a small army with it. My partner got the steak, which he said was a really nice cut, cooked well. And the "kids" fish and chips was HUGE, but the whole thing got eaten! New furniture, kids play area. Music playing, people laughing, very clean, just a really relaxing place to be."
