"We just got some basic tuna/salmon sushi, nigiri and sashimi to try this place out and we are sad we didn't get more ! But we live very close by so we definitely will be back often for more. Rice was nice and room temp which means they are made fresh, fish was perfect too. Friendly service. Very happy to have found a real good sushi place in the area."
"Great little sushi place, everything is freshly made to order. They always get my order right even if I ask for changes. Highly recommend them to everyone."
"This sushi shop holds a special place in my heart, as I used to come here as a teenager often and order two bowls - a random donburi bowl and a bowl of udon - for myself. This was my go-to spot when I needed a break from the world and some delicious comfort food. The quality of their food is excellent. My younger brother is also a fan and visits occasionally. I have many cherished memories of this place from my teenage years and I sincerely wish them all the success in the world. I highly recommend this sushi shop to anyone seeking a comforting and delicious meal. It's a true gem in the community."
"Visit this location after reading good review as we were in the area. Food and services was a hit and miss. The hits are the Vegetable Tempura Don and karaage chicken curry rice. Very tasty, flavourful better than many I've tried in Brisbane. The service staff came over to our table to take our order and we could pay at the end of our meal. I saw the chef slice n serve sashimi on a LIVE station n looks legit. My friend who was with us ordered the sashimi and didnt give any comments unfortunately. The misses were they forgot our request for hot water in a cup (prefer hot drinks in winter), the staff didn't understand the special request to fill up the bowl with extra rice but insisted we ordered extra bowls of white rice for $3.50 each! The Eel portion in the Unagi Don was very little and was bulked up with a lot of veg. The Teriyaki Chicken Don was dry in some parts, too oily n salty in some parts. Not really a location for very hungry person to get a hearty feed. If you are looking for Japanese food in the local area, it's worth a try."
