"Last night we got dinner from here, they had to make one of our pizzas 3 times to get it right.. it was just adding 2 sauces. Got the third remake back from them and it wasn't even cooked properly, the pizza was still raw dough... Also got home to realise that my partners pizza wasn't even a three meats. To make it even better the staff decided to try and be smart and stood their smiling saying they triple checked it. Like how about just reading the order and putting the correct ingredients on the pizzas in the first place instead of standing around gossiping. Pick up your slack and start training your staff better."

"The pizza was perfect and the service great. However, it does lack in atmosphere and I really should have eaten at the outside tables."

"Waited 1 hour and 45 mins for a 3 minute drive. Rang the store after 45 mins and the manager informed me they where experiencing high volume of orders with short staff and delivery drivers. Usually I’m pretty lenient and can give a restaurant grace but 1hr 45mins is ridiculous especially when you have little kids waiting for their Friday night treat. By the time the food had arrived the pizzas were dried and not fresh obviously from sitting in the warmer for so long. My little ones didn’t get to eat their Friday night treat as it was almost 8pm by this point (don’t worry they had sandwiches while waiting). The store lacks compassion, accountability and sympathy they couldn’t even communicate that the delivery would be delayed knowing that they were short staffed. Unacceptable and will order from Pizza Hut at yamanto from now on!! Ps. If you’re wondering ‘well why didn’t you just drive to the store?’ Well that’s because we only have one car and my husband had gone to work as he works graveyard. But that is besides the point. If you can’t deliver a delivery service knowing you’re short on drivers why not send a text message or even offer customers a cancellation option before the pizzas are made?"

"Have ordered from this Domino's a few times. Pizzas are generally ok but the last few times they've been very stingy, especially on their pepperoni pizzas. Since I was finding the regular pepperoni pizzas didn't have enough meat on it so I started ordering the loaded pepperoni. Twice now it has come with the same amount of meat, if not less. Pretty frustrating spending the extra money for extra product and not receiving it. Will attach a picture of the "loaded" pepperoni pizza that was delivered to me today. In their defence, they immediately offered a store credit when I called today, which I appreciated."
