"I see reviews for exceptional customer service on google, and I wonder how? I walked in today knowing exactly what I wanted to buy, as it was simply some detergent that works well in my machine. I walked around the shop for maybe 10 minutes - doing 3 full laps of the place in the process. I tried my hardest to get the attention of any staff member, but not even an acknowledgement of my existence. I admit that the staff were with other people (I assume, because I really couldn’t tell who were staff members or not), but I have been in retail long enough to know that even if you’re with a customer, you can take a single second to even smile at somebody to let them know that they exist and are in your shop. Yes, it was a pissy little purchase, but I could have been looking for a while kitchen. I am looking for a front loading washing machine in the near future for my daughter’s house, but I can guarantee I won’t be buying it from Elite."
