We approached EGS requesting what we thought we needed and, they said this was possible but advised us in easy to understand way why this was not the best option for our needs. They recommended a more energy efficient and cheaper alternative. Once we accepted the quote, EGS liaised with our builder to install everything efficiently as required to fit his timeline. EGS set the wall mount screen and App so that the house has stayed consistently warm without us having to touch anything. The team at EGS is professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. "Do you like huge water leaks in your home? Do you crave incompentent workmanship? Do you enjoy being lied to and accused of breaking things? Are you tired of prompt action and responses, and instead want to wait many many months for things to be done as quoted? This is what you should expect with EGS. I cannot recommend enough that you go ANYWHERE ELSE. Do not engage these shonky operators for anything whatsoever, you will regret it. We've had to endure two major water leaks from their completely fvck3d install. One water leak is too many. You know what the issue was? THEY DIDN'T CONNECT THE DRAIN!! The unit in the roof just fell apart, which they then blamed on us, claiming we "got into the roof and stood on the unit", which is absolutely absurd. They tried every which way they could, to find anything to blame other than their total incompetence, and then tried to CHARGE US for coming back and fixing their own mistakes multiple times. Tell everyone. These kind of operators should not be in business in Tasmania. Edit: As per the bunch of lies reply, the work they're refferring to was an external gutter clean. Nobody had been inside the roof. Nobody physically touched their install. Additionally EGS has threatened legal action against me in regards to this review. Completely. Totally. Dodgy. Avoid like the plague."
