"We would like to advise, in relation to Matt Zargar, Wei Zhang and Sheena sheen's reviews. They have never been a customer of the Tuggerah store. We are an independently owned and operated business and we are related to the brand by name only. The problems customers are having with other stores are isolated to those stores and do not involve the Tuggerah store what so ever. It is extremally frustrating these people are negatively reviewing our business when their problems are with other stores. As you can imagine this can be very damaging to a business. Prior to these three reviews, we were rated at 5 stars by customers that have shopped with us and were extremally happy with the whole experience, as you can see by their reviews. We are victims in this also as our brand, store and even trading has been tarnished as a result of a rogue trader. All of this information is available to the public via a basic google search."

"We would highly recommend Custom Sofa Centre Tuggerah. We ordered our sofa only a few days after the store opened in the Tuggerah supa centre, Chris was our first contact, we wondered around the store looking at the large selection of styles and colors. Then I explained what we were looking for and our particular wants and needs and Chris immediately understood, our lounge is beautiful, comfortable and well made. When the store manager Alan came on board, he constantly stayed in touch updating us on progress, shipping and finally delivery, keeping in mind we ordered before Christmas and this impacted delivery time. We have had a small problem with the couch and Alan has kept us updated and has had the problem fixed, he visited us to organize the process and then came back to check we were happy with everything, again he phoned us weekly keeping us informed on what was happening. Very happy with the whole experience."
