"I had the best assistance and service from a friendly and helpful young woman, on the photo kiosk. I’m a techno moron and had never used one of these machines. She walked me through the process patiently and clearly. Now I know how to use one and will be going back regularly."
"Very poor customer service. No staff attending costumers collecting click and collect order took. Had to look for staff for help and even after that took so long :( Whats the point of doing C&C ?"
"Terrible customer service. I needed passport photos printed & the girl told me she was "pretty sure" she was giving me the right thing. When I asked in a polite tone and way, if there was someone who knew for sure (as I didn't have time for mistakes to be made, as I was going overseas), she stormed out the back, in a huff, slamming the door behind her. She came back with an attitude and said " The manager has no idea either, you'll just have to Google it". She ended up stuffing the photos up, cos she took them with my glasses on (which makes them invalid for use). Had to go back and get a refund anyway. Just want manners & someone who has half a clue about customer service skills, not the emotional maturity of a two year old. Customers are allowed to ask questions...I wasn't being rude about it."
"I went to print one photo. I went @ 7:40 & the machines hadn’t even been turned on. I waited 4 minutes. I then asked the same sour looking faced girl ( who turned them on) to do it over the counter. She was told by another staff member to press the button again. I paid via my card & pressed counter service. No receipt printed. Got the same girl. She printed the receipt & told me to scan it at self serve. I stated I didn’t ask for self serve. Scanned it 3 times. Stood at the counter. I knew she could see me, but didn’t want to know. Eventually other lady got it going behind the counter. All up for one photo I was there for half an hour with very poor customer service. Two things I’d like to suggest. 1. Turn machines on @ 7am. 2. Smile, I was in customer service for 30 years. Even if you don’t want to. It’s part of your job if you want customers to return. I won’t be."
